Ion exchange resin is a kind of function resin, it is widely used in different fields, such as industrial water treatment,petrochemical industry,electric power,medical science and food industry, therefore it is very significant to develop the research about ion exchange resin. So far, the studies of granulation technology by spraying liquid phase into gaseous phase have already good enough to be used in industry, and the result is amazing. But since liquid-liquid vibration disperse agglomeration technique have a much more complexed prilling environment, there wasn't a mature method yet. To form an uniform partical size of droplets is the key parameter of vibration disperse agglomeration technique. This subject have made a systematic study about liquid-liquid vibration disperse agglomeration technique.1,In the liquid-liquid spraying system, uniformed droplets could be made by giving certain kind of vibration to the stable liquid flow.2,In this paper, water-kerosene system was used to substitute for styrene-divinylbenzene system to make a particular research on influencing factors of liquid-liquid vibration disperse agglomeration system. Vibration dispersion equipment has been designed and produced for two mutual non-homogenous liquid system. Experiments show that:the shape and size of the droplets could be dominated by changing the parameter of vibration frequency, amplitude and velocity of liquid. After a systematic study for these factors, we have found the best formula to produce the white Resin balls in certain partical size, which could satisfy industry manufacture.3,A pilot scale test on the suspension polymerization has been designed and carried out, with the best formula get from the water/kerosene system, the white Resin balls in uniformed particle size was obtained. The the white Resin balls we produced have a narrow particle size distribution, overwhelming majority of them was distributed in 0.4-0.7 mm,60.9% of them were distributed in 0.5-0.6 mm, and 88.19% of them were distributed in0.4 mm-0.6 mm. The coefficient of uniformity can reach K=1.19, which is much more uniform and centralized than now existing technological parameters K=1.675.The research indicated that liquid-liquid vibration disperse agglomeration technique which could improve the uniformity of particles is better than now existing techniques, it have a great significance in the application of liquid-liquid vibration disperse agglomeration technique into industrialization.
