| The integrated facilities for wastewater treatment have advantages of low investment,small occupation area,low energe consumption and simple management,they are new direction of wastewater treatment suitable for the condition of our country. Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) is efficient wastewater disposal reactor, the equipment is simple and high efficiency.It is a wastewater treatment technology with broad application prospects. This paper discusses the reactor startup, operation characteristics and microbial characteristics, and on this basis to build optimizing control model. The main research results are as follows:With high concentration organic wastewater as the substrate, organic wastewater treatment is conducted on the basis of nutrient (N, P) and methane recovery in UASB reactor. Inspects the influence of reactor startup in the different ways, different load and increase outer circulation. Strict control influencing factors such as alkalinity, hydraulic retention time, redox potentials and sludge quantity at 35±1℃. Research proves that this technology has high processing efficiency and strong stability. When the system of organic load reached 28.78 kgCOD/m3·d, COD removal rate is around 87%. This experiment is discussed with reactor startup.The return flow method (increase outer circulation) conducts to the reactor start-up, High organic load and accelerated with the start of the reactor obviously. All about start-up, the microorganism properties and some physical and chemical properties of granular sludge have changed faster. When the particle diameter reached about 1-3 mm,the granular sludge form the bulk of the sludge bed.As a kind of high energy efficiency of wastewater treatment equipment, anaerobic reactor occupies an important position in the water treatment process. But it will produce methane, carbon dioxide, hydrogen and other substances in the run. In the range of temperature 30℃, pH value is 6.5~8.Total hydraulic retention time gradually shortened with the operation of the reactor in experiment,the final HRT is 24.4 h with stable and efficient. In order to providing anaerobic microbe with lower oxygen environment, especially methanogens, redox potentials is controling within-300mV~-350mV. The yield of methane is up to 80% in total gas, to achieve the purpose of the energy recovery.According to the experimental phenomena and monitoring data to rapid diagnosis system is normal or not, and take measures as soon as possible to recover the normal operation in the research of the reactor operation. For UASB reactor acidification, adopt the methods of increasing alkalinity and reducing the load in the meantime. Continuous controling recovered Methanogenesis activity of sludge. In order to control the process of UASB reactor conveniently, accomplish Multiple factor quantitative regularization of the methanogenesis process and anaerobic biological degradation process.Choosing main factors influenced system running effect such as pH,influent COD,HRT and Alkalinity cross sections, using the optimized and improved BP algorithm with additional momentum item and adaptive learning rate. Establishe 4-3-1 structure for BP network model.The network generalization ability and the prediction result is good. Using separation right value method to sort main factors that influence of reactor, UASB each input parameters in training data within the scope of the relative importance is pH> influent COD> HRT> ALK.The research shows that, UASB reactor process combine organic wastewater biological treatment technology with energy recovery coupling process raised in this paper, which is strengthen the anaerobic treatment function and use of energy effectivily at the same time.It is one of the development directions of wastewater disposal technology with high engineering application value. |
