Thin-walled parts are widely used in aviation, aerospace, automotive, mold and other fields as the structural features of light weight and high strength. However thin-wall parts are prone to vibration and deformation in the high-speed processing by its characteristics of thin wall, variable thickness, much surface curves, allowances and so on. To solve this problem, this paper studied the vibration and deformation of aluminum alloy thin-wall frame in high-speed milling. The results mainly included as following aspects:1. The force model of milling suitable for analyzing the vibration and deformation of thin-walled parts in high-speed milling was established by modifing the Kline model, and the prediction accuracy of force model of milling was verified. On the foundation of the force model of milling, the milling system dynamics model relating with machine-tool-workpiece system dynamics was established for more accurate analyzing vibration and deformation of thin-walled parts for in high-speed milling.2. The dynamic analysis finite element model of milling process, thin-web and lateral speed milling were established. The dynamic characteristics of high-speed milling for thin-web and lateral wall was simulative analyzed and experimental validated with different parameters.The high-speed milling vibration law of thin-walled parts was developed accordong to the results of simulation analysis and experimental validation, which can provide the reference for effectively inhibiting high-speed milling vibration of thin-walled parts.3. The deformation analysis finite element model of thin wall frame web high-speed milling was established, which was simulative analyzed and experimental validated with different parameters. The high-speed milling deformation law of thin-walled parts was developed accordong to the results of simulation analysis and experimental validation, which can provide the reference for effectively inhibiting high-speed milling deformation of thin-walled parts.4. the strategies for controlling vibration and deformation of thin-walled parts in high-speed milling and high effeciently and precively machine thin frame were proposed by optimizing the milling parameters, which can procide the reference for the further study of vibration and deformation of thin-walled parts in high-speed milling.
