Estuary and coastal region are the important material and energy distribution centers, for comparison, which have a High population density and developed industrial and focuse on a large number of estuaries and coastal engineering. However, with the continuous development of our economy, the environmental problems are increasing, such as disposal of pollutant emissions in the region, beach reclamation and siltation problems of marine environmental protection. For this, research the estuarine environment of coastal areas, is undoubtedly very important and urgent. From the long-term point of view, only to master the law of development and changes in the environment to achieve sustainable development in the region.(1). First, summaried the development of numerical flow model at home and abroad and analyzed the trend of the Yangtze River estuary hydrodynamics and water status of environmental issues.(2). Based on the ECOM model with open code, The 3D flow numerical model is established at large range including the deltas of the Yangtze River and near sea regions. The computed tidal level, flow velocity and current direction agree quite well with the measured data, which can better simulate the reaction section of the Yangtze River estuary in the hydrodynamic environment changes and provide the basis for further environmental Research.(3). The sea level is rising more and more obviously as globe temperature rising, in order to study the quantitative effect, according to IPCC(Intergovernmenral Panel on Climate Change) projections, simulate and analyze the affect of the current field after the sea level rising 100cm in the Yangtze River Region. The simulation results show that as the level of the Yangtze Estuary tidal range area increasing, the fluctuation of tidal power enhanced, part of the wetlands have been buried and the flow field change accordingly as sea level rising.(4). Based on the 3D ECOMSED model and the Lagrangian particle tracking technology, the trajectories of pollutants at the Shidongkou, Zhuyuan, Bailonggang in the Yangtze Estuary were simulated by tracking the movement of single particle and particle swarm these areas, and simulate the Pollutant trajectory by sea level rising. The pollutants movement characteristics and influence scope in the surface, middle and bottom of water were analyzed and some suggestions for the sewage water setup in these areas were provided based on the movement of pollutants.
