Gas-geology law is the foundation of gas forecasting, and accurate forecasting of gas is the key to comprehensive gas prevention and control. This paper uses the regional geological evolution theory and structure filtering control. theory; combining the previous research date, investigating the mine area of Qinshui basin formation and evolution and the characteristics of the tectonic stress field evolution and the structural evolution of Taihang mountains, researching the structural evolution and structure control characteristics of mine area. On the basis, this paper analyzes on various geological factors on the influence of gas occurrence. Due to the shearing and squeezing activities, the NNE direction fracture has control function on coal and gas outburst, and it tests and verifies through numerical simulation test. Most of the NWW direction fracture is pull and left-twist activity, and it is beneficial to gas release. Combining Yunyu mine gas parameter this paper reaches the gas-geology law of number fifteen coal seam in Yunyu mine. Based on gas geology law, and combines field measurement gas parameter, confirms the gas weathered zone's lower limit depth of number fifteen coal seam in Yunyu mine. This paper establishes the gas content prediction of the multivariate linear regression model, through the actual coal seam gas content, prediction model was tested, Using gas geology statistics and separate source predicted method to forecast the gas emission, and the result just varies a little. And the paper forecasts the regional outburst danger of the un-worked district. The research result is strongly practical. It can be used to guide mines and mining face ventilation design, outburst design, gas drainage design and gas disasters comprehensive treatment, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of outburst prevention.
