The rotary kiln is the key equipment for calcining various materials.It is widely used in cement, ferrous metallurgy, chemical industry, non-metallic ores,refractory material, paper and other industries. The most importment area is used in the cenment industry as cement rotary kiln. As the core equipment in cement production,it often works at high temperature,overload conditions. In the long production process, subsidence of kiln pire and the wear of roller and tire will cause the kiln axis declined straightly. The bending of kiln axis will cause so severe damage to equipments and cracked of the tire axis and shell that the brisk occurred off,raising "red kiln" accident. Also, the producer suffering large loss caused by stopping kiln for repairing.Comparing the the dynamic parameters measurement ways of rotary kiln at home and abroad, the way of KAS-3 Dynamic kiln axis measurement made in the University of wuhan technology. the cost of equipment in this measurement is low, but has high precision mesurement and the operation is simple. Based on this measurement,I have optimized designde the parts of machinery. Compared with the conventional device,this device can get the person in the measurement ride of steeplejack.Keep the accuracy of measurement,it is more secure.In the article,I have anslysised the shortage of current measurement device and improvementde the device.The optimization part of this paper include the following elements:The supporting stand has been designed so that it can be adjusted up and down freely. We can install the equipment in the ground,puting the measurement system near the tire by adjusting the supporting stand,so that we can avoid steeplejack; Design the support board with a slide,the measurement can be moved forward and backward by the screw drive. In this way,it can be fixed by limitting its six degrees of freedeom; Select a DC motor with high power meter to drive the measurement moved. A wireless control module having designed can control the measuring device forward,backward and double ring ahead.This paper has analysised the working condition of tire,and analysised the force of tire.Take a certain rotary kiln as an example, I have simulated the tire force use the finite element analysis software ANSYS. It have very importment reference value to research the tire deformation.
