Biomedical materials and products industry are developing very quickly this century , the research and development of new bio-implant materials with independent intellectual property rights, has a wide application prospect and great economic benefits. In this article,through the biocompatibility, the mechanical compatibility, the biodegradability and the non-toxic of magnesium alloy,other alloy elements were joined into the magnesium alloy.The microstructure of the alloy ingot was analysized and the alloy compositions were optimized, The biological medical materials were prepared through given uniform annealing, rolling processing optimizing; The mechanical properties were improved through the heat treatment; The biological medical material which meets the requirement of the mechanical properties was prepared. Main work and results were as follows:(1) Elements determined in the Zn-Zr-Ca-Sr Medical Materials of Magnesium Alloy were: Mg,Zn,Zr,Ca,Sr. The weight content of elements: Zn 2wt%-4wt%, Zr 0.4wt%-0.8wt%, Sr 4wt%-0.6wt%, Ca 0.8wt%-1.2wt%;(2) The pouring temperature is 680℃-700℃; cooling water flow 5L/min.The ingot homogenization system are: heating temperature 400℃, holding time of 16h.(3) To determine the rolling process: Holding at 350℃-400℃, rollers temperayure at 150℃-200℃, milling speed at 10r/min. In the rolling process, the deformation was controled.(4) The aging system of the Zn-Zr-Ca-Sr Medical Materials of Magnesium Alloy sheet: holding the Zn-Zr-Ca-Sr Medical Materials of Magnesium Alloy sheet at 180℃for 12h. Finally the hardness reached 60.5HV, the tensile strength reached 289Mpa and the extension rate reached 11.8 % .
