With the continuous improvement of the urbanization level, influence of urbanization is more and more significantly to water and the urban water environment that is essential to human survival and development, Main shows are shortage of urban water resources, pollution of urban water resources, flood disaster of urban and fall of ground water levels, etc. There are abundant rainwater resources in our country, Collect reuse of rainwater is effective means to improve the city's ecological environment , but also one of the important ways to realize utilization of water resources and sustainable development of water environment.This thesis mainly through the research of roofing stormwater runoff, road stormwater runoff and ecological open space building ecological treatment and utilization system of rainwater, deepen the ecological regulation and comprehensive utilization of rainwater in city district, founding a new type of system of rainwater treatment and use.Through the monitoring to characteristics of rainfall in 2010 monsoon we found: In the Beginning, concentration of pollutant is relatively low, Along with the rainfall , surface washing is more and more stronger. Pollutant concentration was also increase, 15 20 minutes after the start of rainfall, stormwater runoff contaminants in peak then as rain continued, pollutant concentration decreased gradually, and then be more stable.Through the monitoring to rain runoff reach the following conclusion:Ecological treatment and utilization of rainwater is better for removal of pollutant, Effluent is satisfy demands of greening water; In the area of research, TSS and COD, TN, NH4+-N, NO3-N, TP have significantly positive correlation in stormwater runoff, COD and TP, TN, NH4+-N, NO3-N also significant positive correlation, so the changes of TP, TN, NH4+-N, NO3-N can also be determined by index variation of TSS or COD; Through the running of closed circular system of precipitate/store well -- irrigation -- ecological open space, realizing the ecological open space's effective control for stormwater runoff pollutants, removal of TSS reached over 80%, the removal rate of CODMn approximately 80%, the removal efficiency of NH4+-N, NO3-N and TN is 46.7%, 52.6% and 54.4%, removal rate of TP can reach 40%; The rain in the precipitate/store well can only provide six days consumption for ecological open space, after the optimized design, the design size of precipitation/storage Well is long×width×deep=3.5m×3.0m×2.5m, it can provide 10 days water consumption of ecological open space, basically meeting the demand for water, under drought condition, artificially watering can adopt to drought relief.Village rainwater ecological treatment and use engineering have been very good validation and optimization in the area, pollutant of stormwater runoff is effectively controlled, rain was utilized efficiently, it can be widely used in city of abundant precipitation and rich.vadose of soil water.
