| This paper aims to seek a method which can make crawler board filling mold completeand can effectively reduce the forming force of a kind of forming technology . The 7A04aluminum alloy crawler board as the object of research research work.Firstly, the crawler board lightweight and performance requirements, considering theproduct organization performance, dimensional requirements, material utilization andproduction efficiency, service requirements, puts forward the factors multi-way loadingtemperature aluminum extrusion process.According to the crawler board, warm extrusion forming this subject adopts multi-wayloading forming method, choose the large-scale non-linear finite element simulationmanufacturing system software DEFORM - 3D, establish geometric model and elastic-plasticfinite element model. For simulation of the definition, contact boundary friction of a body ofthe division of definition, grid, post-treatment processing of the relevant problems.The numerical simulation technology based on a simplified Finite element method tomulti-way loading, through multilateral multi-way loading, step synchronization of loadingthree different ways of filling mold and flash case diagram, equivalent stress extremum - timeon graph and the punch load - travel diagrams, side of the punch load - comparison of thecurves, it is concluded the order for the best multi-way loading technology. analysis differentMulti-way loading in temperature,longitudinal extrusion speed,the extrusion process,can getthe optimum extrusion temperature and extrusion speed. |
