Science Park the main production wastewater are containing ammonia and acidic wastewater in two parts,in which ammonia wastewater is containing NH3-N 1500-2000mg/L,Ni 0.4~4.0 mg/L,Co 60~80mg/L,Cu 0.2~3.5mg/L,Pb 4.0~7.5mg/L;acidic wastewater is containing Cr 3.5mg/L,Ni 12mg/L,Cu 110mg/L,Zn 50mg/L,pH is 2 to 4.The wastewater contain high concentrations of heavy metal ions,the current method of using only a waste water treatment,it is impossible to reach the emission standards.Therefore,for the wastewater characteristics and treatment of existing wastewater comprehensive analysis,this paper designed a park for the industrial wastewater treatment process.Wastewater treatment process:first by mixing ammonia wastewater regulating pond Mix and turn into a purified ammonia stripping tower, a heavy metal base precipitation and ammonia stripping secondary purification tower for processing, water and the reaction cell treatment by iron shavings Acidic waste water after mixing, and then the pH value is adjusted into the sedimentation tanks Sec alkali metal, and finally re-using biochemical methods, to ensure stability in the level of final effluent discharge standards.The design process all the wastewater treatment design treatment efficiency:(1)ammonia wastewater purification by an air stripping tower,can remove about 70% of ammonia;after a period of heavy metals in alkaline sedimentation,can remove about 50% of the heavy metal ions;purification by two air stripping tower,can be 80% of the ammonia nitrogen removal.(2)acidic wastewater by iron particle reaction cell,can remove about 95% of heavy metals ions.(3)mixed wastewater sedimentation tank by Sec alkali metal can be removed about 70% of the heavy metal ions;by the "biofilm and activated sludge"and the bio-filter and other biochemical processing,it can remove about 90% of Ammonia and about 35% of the heavy metal ions. Wastewater treatment process through the above treatment, Wastewater effluent concentration NH3-N is 2.4mg/L, total Cr is 0.06mg/L, total Ni is 0.37mg/L, Co2+ is 0.5mg/L, Cu2+ is 0.36mg/L, Pb2+ is 0.23mg/L, Zn2+ is 1.88mg/L, pH is 6~9, reached the wastewater discharge standards.
