| The multiple aluminum bronze alloy powder (with Ce and without Ce)was produced by water-atomization technology in the present test. The main composition of aluminum bronze alloy powders are Cu70~80%,Al12~16%,Fe2.0~4.0%. Other alloying elements are Mn, Ni ,Co,Ce etc. The containing was coated on 45 # steel by the plasma spray welding technology. Distribution and effect of microcosmic organization of Ce on the multiple aluminum bronze coating were contrastive studied through coating surface microstructure observation, X-ray analysis, energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), electron probe micro-analysis (EPMA). The result showed that element Ce does no affect the phase composition of aluminum bronze alloy powder coating and multiple aluminum bronze coating for Ce to exit in the form of compound, major in grain boundary and few inside the crystal. The corrosion resistance and behaviors of coating(with Ce and without Ce) in 3.5%NaCl, 5%H2SO4,10%NaOH solution were investigated by using static immersing corrosion and electrochemistry test, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and electron probe micro-analyzer. The results showed that: the coatings at 3.5% NaCl solution, 5% H2SO4 solution, 10% NaOH solution have strong corrosion resistance, the corrosion resistance of powder coating with Ce is better than without Ce. The (α+γ2) phase suffers a dealuminization attack superior toβ′phase,αphase and k phase. Its solution in three small to large order of corrosion rate: 3.5% NaCl solution, 5% H2SO4 solution, 10% NaOH solution. |
