With the rapid development of life sciences, biological engineering, synthetic drug and environmental sciences. The separation and detection of marginala materials and traces in complex matrix have been the prominent problems. The unique selectivity and affinity of molecularly imprinted ploymers can meet the demand.First, the reaction conditions of producing the chelate of L-histidine with Zinc from L-histidine and Zn(NO3)2.6H2O were studied.Based on the single factor experiments, the response surface methodology (RSM) was used to determine the optimum chelation conditions for chelation ratio. It was found that under the conditions of water-bath temperature50℃, pH 5.0, n(L-histidine):n[Zn(NO3)2.6H2O] =2:1.The theoretical chelation ratio is 93.22% and the practical chelation ratio is 93.19%.Secondly,molecular template polymers(MIPs) were prepared by the molecular template technology with L-histidine Zinc as the template molecule, methacrylic aci(MAA) or acrylamide(AM) as the functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) as a crosslinker, and azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as evocating agent, respectively. But the polymer of zinc ion cannot elution down, the polymer to zinc ion without recognition performance.Thirdly,Zn(Ⅱ)-imprinted polymer particles were prepared by molecular imprinting technique with Zn(Ⅱ) ion as the template, methacrylic acid (MAA) as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as a crosslinker. The character trials which involved the determination of the binding isothermal, the analysis of Scatchard plot carried out on the MIP. Selectivity for Zn(Ⅱ) ions of the prepared polymer was also studied in mixed aqueous solution. The results obtained show that the sorption equilibrium was achieved in 90min.Fourthly,a series of molecular template polymers (MIPs) were prepared by the molecular template technology in methanol/water(V/V,1/4)with rutin as the template molecule, methacrylic acid (MAA) or acrylamide (AM) as the functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as a crosslinker, and azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as evocating agent, respectively. The effects of the composition of polymerization systems of different functional monomer and dosage of functional monomer and crosslinker on the adsorption property of MIPs were studied. The character trials which involved the determination of the binding isothermal, the analysis of Scatchard plot carried out on the MIPs.Scatchard analysis showed that two classes of binding sites were produced in the polymermatrix and their dissociation constants were calculated to be 105.26mg·L-1and 1250mg·L-1,and saturated adsorptive capacity were 18.02mg·g-1and 73.50mg·g-1.The adsorption studies also showed that the imprinted polymers had good adsorption capacity.
