Nowadays limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) technology is the most commonly used technology in power plants, in China. With the enhancement of envirement and high sulfur content of coal for units, a number of FGD systems can no longer satisfy the emission standard. Thus, it is necessary to enlarge the FGD capacity.In this paper, the FGD systems of second and third stage unit in Haibowan power plant are researched to enlarge the capacity. The main idea for FGD system of 3#,4# unit is to build one more absorption tower, which changes the two boilers-a tower system to one boiler-a tower system. At the time, the capcity is greatly enlarged and the emission standard can be satisfied. However, the FGD system of 5#,6# unit is already one boiler-a tower system, the main idea can only be to change the structure of established system to enlarge the capcity of FGD system. At the same time, based on the fuzzy evaluation theory, the influencing factors of the enlarge-capacity program are analyzed and the way that is conform to reality to calculate the membeiship function. The calculation results of fuzzy evaluation theory on the two cases verified the necessity to enlarge the capacity of the established FGD system and got the better program.The research results can provide means and methods to enlarge capacity for two boilers-a tower and one bolier-a tower FGD system. |
