According to the reports and forecasts of the relevant authorities,the oil production of world will remain steady growth.However, compared with the fast growth of the oil consumption of world, oil supply and demand relation of world will become increasingly nervous. As oil is one of the main resources for promoting industrial modernization and economic development, its safety issue is important constituent of national energy safety, so whether to keep economy development, or in order to safeguard national security, all countries in the world take measures in efforts to alleviate and cope with the crisis, such as positively developing and applying of new energy to replace of petroleum resource, strengthening the development and utilization of domestic oil in order to reduce the reliance on oil import, increasing the control rights of the main countries of petroleum resources export such as the Middle East to reduce the energy risk of oil. As one of the alternative sources , the exploitation of oil shale is puttig on the agenda. In view of the similar formation mechanism of oil shale and petroleum, and hundreds of years of mining history, in order to improve the utilization rate of oil, It must be imperative to take the new method to exploit and utilize oil shale. As one part of the research project of exploitation of oil shale, combination with the inherent characteristics of oil shale in jilin province, and comparison with various existing mining methods of oil shale, a new mining method-Borehole Hydraulic Mining ,is decided to adopt in this paper, and the experiment platform for Borehole Hydraulic mining of oil shale is designed based on this. According to the design requirements, the simulation experiment platform for Borehole Hydraulic mining of oil shale is established preliminarily, in order that evaluation of the effective damage to oil shale in different forms of jet, determonation on the economic reasonable high-pressure jet parameters and judgement of the actual soaking technology form.Considering some parts may have an important effect on the operating performance of the whole experiment platform in the design process, it is necessary to analysis of static structure of the key components of the experimental platform by finite element analysis method, to inspect its reasonableness. Through modeling and static structure finite element analysis of platform by UG software, It can obtain that the platfirm completely meets with the design requirements. In order to test and evaluation on the hydraulic system performances of the platform, the hydraulic simulation is conducted by AMESim software. Then taking virtual assembly and global interference testing by UG software, It makes sure that there is no interference phenomenon in the platform.The main contents studied in this paper contain several aspects as follows: (1) Borehole Hydraulic mining technology. There is mainly in-depth understanding and research on Borehole Hydraulic mining technology and its applications of oil shale mining; (2) Design of experiment platform for Borehole Hydraulic mining of oil shale. The design of experimental platform is an important content in this paper, including protocol and argument of the experimental platform scheme, then guiding the design of the whole machine parts according to this scheme. The platform is composed of mechanical part, hydraulic control part and so on; (3) Hydraulic system simulation of the platform. In order to inspect the reliability and stability of hydraulic system's performances, It's needed to simulate the target system througn AMESim software, and analysis on the simulation results; (4) Finite element analysis of key components. As far as the whole platform, the mechanical part has a very important role in the design process, so it is necessary to carry out their static analysis, and inspect whether the components meet with the design requirements or not; (5) Virtual assembly of platform. After accomplishing the models of platform parts, virtual assembly is carried out firstly, then interference testing is conducted, to inspect whether the platform's integral structure is reasonable or not.
