| Ultrasonic gear honing technology is the theory of ultrasonic machining applications in the field of gear grinding, is a recently developed new technologies. The technology which based on ultrasonic vibration introduced into gear honing process can be processed gear with high accuracy, high capacity, long life, high surface quality and low noise characteristics,and high life and high precision gears consistent with the requirements of modern industry.However,ultrasonic power is used in laboratory as well as in practise, Using a half-bridge or a discrete full-bridge power-amplifier in most cases because of reliability or cost. Ultrasonic power by these power amplifiers have low efficiency or volume of a large, unstable defects, even some of the security risks.For class-D full-bridge amplifier integrated circuit,the result will be better than the others.First, intergration chip which the power amplifier circuit used made the volume obviously decreased; second, power transistor which worked in the open or closed state in the class-D amplifier caused that the efficiency increased consumedly; finally, full-bridge circuit which used the inverted circuit brought that the current became in half as strong as the former one, decreased power-wasting, increased efficiency.Thanks to existing ultrasonic power having a large number of disadvantage,this paper advanced the method which reformed by full-bridge IC.The major research contents in the paper are as follows:The characteristics of ultrasonic machining and the origin, present status, develop-ment trend of ultrasonic gear honing technology are introduced; the equipment of the existing ultrasonic gear honing machine is illuminated briefly;the shortcomings of ultrasonic power supply is discovered,and a revesion plan is advanced.The characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of power amplifier are analyzed;the category and the basic principle, method about design are introduced;the structure and the working principle are realized.It is important for full-bridge amplifer IC's design that the major structure of ultrasonic gear honing system is understood enough and the internal circuits of ultrasonic power supply is mapped.By comparing,we chosen the best plan of all.The chip chose and the exterior circuit designed by means of this mothed.The other part of ultrasonic power supply are introduced briefly.The voltage waveforms at different locations in the class-D full-bridge amplifier integrated circuit is acquired by the use of the circuit simulation software MULTISIM. The board of all components is weld according to power amplifier circuit, then the experimental table is established to verify stability of the circuit and the PCB circuit is mapped. |
