Social development and human's production or life will cause environment pollution.A large number of nutrients as nitrogen and phosphorus pour into the water.Once more than the self-purification capacity of water will lead to eutrophication. The eutrophication occurs not only makes the creatures can not survive in water,but can cause great harm to humans.Compared to the physical and chemical methods,biological methods have increasingly become an important force for eutrophication.Earth's wetlangds as"kidney",the eutrophication can not be delay.Under greenhouse conditions by the two duckweed, water hyacinth and other aquatic plants and water quality testing training, come here the following conclusions:1, different concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorous on duckweed and water hyacinth to promote the role of differences in the Under proper conditions, duckweed and water hyacinth biomass increased rapidly, and a higher ability to degrade nitrogen and phosphorus.2, the duckweed on the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorous with different degradation have a strong capacity in 20 days, the local leaf duckweed removal of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were 56.2% ~ 98%, 28.8% ~ 83.3% duckweed Spirodela removal of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were 46.5% ~ 83.3%, 27% to 79%, duckweed removal of ammonia slow down after the first of the first order kinetics of phosphorus removal equation, with good correlation.3, the water hyacinth on the different concentrations of ammonia and total phosphorus has a strong degradation capacity, removal efficiency and stability, a kinetic equation. Through this research area index determination and the completion of demonstration projects, screening out the right variety of microorganisms and aquatic plants for the demonstration project to provide a theoretical basis and aquatic plant material. "Floating islands" floating construction of microorganisms and plants based on duckweed and water hyacinth in the three-dimensional eutrophication control system so that contaminated water flows through the "Floating Island", the resulting effect of sustained and effective treatment.From the local wetlands determination of water quality results, the initial success of project demonstration area, as in other regions has contributed to the promotion.Has not been done in laboratory conditions and plant microbial degradation when co-culture experiments; emergent plants are strong degradation of pollution, the future is to develop emergent plants in the floating island in the application; of aquatic plants may be caused by two residues second pollution to take certain measures; for duckweed and water hyacinth in the local biological invasion may be caused by a high degree of attention as a preventive measure, must be timely detection, early treatment.
