Treating pulp-making paper wastewater by cultivating and immobilizing bacteria technology is studied in this paper。Acclimate activated sludge with wastewater, isolate and depuratessome single bacterium jw8, select effeetive dominant baeteria with the removal of CODcr as indicatrix and ilmmobilize them to improve the removal of some organics in wastewater。Using the dominant to degrade wastewater, we discuss how wastewater concentration affect the removal of CODcr。The results show that the removal of CODcr are best when the wastewater coneentration and inoculation quantity 2ml。We get the best immobilized carrier and ingredient are that when the reaction temperature was 30℃, the coneentration of sodium alginate, in which 0.75%(W/V) activate chareoal had been added, was 2.0%, the concentration of chitosan was 1.8%, the membrane formation time, membrane over laytime and lique faction time were 10min,10min and 8min, the salt ionic concentration was 1.5%, biomicrocapsule had best machine intension performance。Taking micrology being preserved in our laboratory and having excelent capability of degradation, as the microbe species, fixuped it With above new microcapsule to treat with wasterwater of papermaking。Because the waster water was complicated and polluted system and its primary characters were high concentration of lignin and its ramifieations。Then, the domesticated fungi had been embedded by above new type of microcapsule。By studying on the different decompounding capacities and charaeteristies of the waster water with the dissoeiate and immobile different quantity of inoeulation, emphasized to review several guidelines reflected thetransaetion affeetion of the papermaking wasterwater, such as the grown status, the pH value, the content of CODcr, to obtain the best treatment condition of the white otfungi with the two different states to degrade the wasterwater。The contrastive analyse of immobile system and dissoeiated system had shown that the former was better in the capability of degrading lignin。It had also shown that the effect of lignin degradation can be improved when inoeulation amount is properly inereased。... |
