In this dissertation, Resonanee Rayleigh scattering(RRS) has been applied to environmental monitoring and established several new systems for determination of metal ions , studied the properties characteristics , influencing factors, optimum reaction conditions.(1) Respectively determination of Ag+ and Cu2+ with phen- BPR system. The results showed that,the maximum scattering peaks were both located at 327nm, used masking agent to reduce interfere.The detection limits and linear ranges were Ag+: 18.6ng/mL, 0.2 7.5μg/mL; Cu2+: 6.3ng/mL, 0.01 2.5μg / mL.The proposed method had been applied to the water and soil samples, recoveries were both at 98.0% 105.0%.(2) Respectively determination of Bi3+, Cd2+, Ag+ with KI-RB system, used masking agent to reduce interfere.The maximum scattering wavelengths,the detection limits and linear ranges of different ions were Bi3+: 324nm, 16.7ng/mL, 0.02 0.4μg/mL; Cd2+: 324nm, 2.3ng/mL, 0.0 0.13μg/mL; Ag+ : 331.5nm, 50.0ng/mL, 0.06 2.0μg/mL. The proposed method had been applied to the water samples, recoveries were among 95.0% 104.0%.(3) Respectively determination of Cu2+, Co2+, Ni2+ with 5-Br-PADAP-SDBS system, used masking agent to reduce interfere.The maximum scattering wavelengths,the detection limits and linear ranges of different ions were Cu2+: 547nm, 0 0.4μg/mL, 2.7ng/mL; Ni2+: 298nm, 0.01 0.5μg/mL, 2.6ng / mL; Co2+:303nm, 0.006 1.4μg/mL, 3.8ng/mL. The proposed method had been applied to the water and soil samples, recoveries were among 95.0% 105.0%.(4) Simultaneously determination of Ag+ and Cu2+ with phen- BPR system.The ratio of Ag / Cu was in the range of 5:1 1:2,the additivity between Ag+ and Cu2+ was well at 327nm,completely masked Cu2+ after added 0.05mol/L 1.3 mL EDTA.The increased intensity ofΔIRRS of hybrid system showed well linear relation with Ag+ between 0.06 5.25μg/mL and Cu2+ between 0.0 2.5μg / mL. The proposed method had been applied to the synthetic water , recovery was at 98.0% 102.0%.
