Due to the structures of triazole and pyrimidine, triazolopyrimidines appear extensive bioactivity. They can be used as both medicine and pesticide.1,2,3-triazolo-[4,5-d]pyrimidines are analogs to guanines.In view of their broad spectrum biological activities, such as antifungal, antiviral, people had extracted them from organisms as natural fungicides and turned them into a hot spot in agricultural and medical research. Triazolopyrimidines are the third kind of ALS inhibitor, whose structures contain triazoles and pyrimidines. They are a category of compounds with high activities that have good prospect. Making some modification to their chemical structure, we hope to develop a series of new herbicide s require high efficiency, good selectivity and low rate of degradation.In this dissertation, we studied the synthesis of unreported triazolopyrimidine derivatives by using aza-wittig reaction. Their biological activities were also researched. It may be summarized as follow:1.Seventy four unreported 8-azaguanine derivatives in four series were synthesized. The structures of all these compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, and MS.Those compounds are summarized as follow:â… :3,6-disubstitued-5-arylsulfide-3,6-dihydro-1,2,3-triazolo[4,5]pyrimidin-7-one(18)â…¡:3,6-disubstitued-5-sulfone-3,6-dihydro-1,2,3-triazolo[4,5]pyrimidin-7-one(18)â…¢:3,6-disubstitued-5-sulfoxide-3,6-dihydro-1,2,3-triazolo[4,5]pyrimidin-7-one(18)â…£:3,6-disubstitued-5-arylmino-3,6-dihydro-1,2,3-triazolo[4,5]pyrimidin-7-one(18)2.The prediminary herbicidal activity of the new compounds mentioned were measured, according to the experiment, some compounds possessed high herbicidal have been found.
