With the rapid development of china automobile industry。The total number of the car is rapidly rising . In the past year 2010, both the product and the sale car number have over 18 million ,meanwhile, the total number has exceed 70 million, so china become a true major country for her automobile industry. According to the prediction with the industry department, there will be more than 200 million automobile in china in the year of 2020. China's annual oil is mostly consumed by the transport vehicle. While, our country is short of oil resources . Petroleum imports increase year by year , according to statistics the number has reached 50%. the problem of energy safety and environmental pollution is pressing. The development of renewable energy resources is the major route to solve these problems. As a substitute for diesel, biological diesel has lots of advantage for its use performance and environmental performance and it is seriously study the whole world .However, the biological diesel and the minerals diesel have a lot of physicochemical performance difference: a higher of constant value, dynamic viscosity, flashing point .so the ignition property ,the diesel oil pressure and moment has changed . If we want to use the mixture of biological diesel fuel and the minerals diesel , we should measure out the mixing ratio. In china ,most of the study about biological diesel fuel focus on the power ,economy and mission performance. while, the research on the mixing ratio and the quality of inspection issues have not yet been carried out in-depth studies.The project developed an on-line detection system, which can test the mixing ratio . It adopt a law of the constant test. through the previous study, we know that the mixing ratio is interfaced with the constant basic proportional. Different mixing ratio fuel have different constant values. Use a flat capacitor as an sensor ,so different ratio mixing fuel will output different capacitance value. With integrated chips CAV444 we can change capacity parameter into voltage parameter easily. Through the experiment we get definite relationship between mixing ratio and the output voltage . To improve the accuracy and reliability, we should convert the analog voltage into digital frequency . Then we design an control circuit, which is based on the IC AT89C52.when the system begin to run ,we measure the voltage ,then we should process voltage data. finally ,we can determine and show the mixing ratio of the mixing fuel. we can build out a testing model for on-line monitoring function. So that we can control and optimize the use of diesel engine .This is a very useful invention.
