The polar organic compounds is unable to be detected directly by Gas Chromatography due to its strong polar and nonvolatile, so its detecting method is a challenge in environmental monitoring work. In this paper, three derivatization methods has been studied, PFBBr derivatization method was used to in-situ derivatization extraction to acid herbicide in the soil with nonpolar organic compounds simultaneously, the application in a plant extraction method was developed with ASE.The four experiment work has been finished in the paper:Three derivatization methods has been studied, including: derivatization method, diazomethane derivatization method and PFBBr derivatization method. The PFBBr derivatization method was used to in-situ derivatization method, and the derivatization condition was studied.The in-situ derivatization extraction to acid herbicide in the soil was studied. Based on the esterification with the acid herbicide and PFBBr, using Accelerated Solvent Extraction, choosing the proper complexing agent, the time of extraction and derivation was cut to 10min, and sensitivity was improved by using negative chemical ionization mass spectrometer.The simultaneous analysis method of polar and unpolar compound was developed : A simultaneously extraction and sensitive determination method of polar herbicide and nonpolar organochlorine pesticides was established. Reaction of Esterification between herbicides and Alpha-bromo-pentafluorotoluene(PFBBr) was carried through in the cell of ASE, at the same time ,esterification products of herbicide and organochlorine pesticides was extracted with the proper temperature and extraction solvent; Take the advantage of similar electronegativity of esterification products and the organochlorine pesticides, two types of organic compounds was detected simultaneously.Meanwhile, a rapid identification method to essential oil in plant was established by using accelerated solvent extraction technology.
