Therefore this paper discusses the good resistance to heat shock ceramic preparation processes, including thermal shock ceramic composition design, sintering process, etc. Through good resistance to heat shock experiments, eventually do ceramics has very good thermal shock resistance. This paper XRD samples phase composition analysis, testing samples cordierite the phase composition, SEM of ceramic organize structure analysis, from microcosmic Angle analysis of nano SiC, ZrO2 distribution and against thermal shock effect, and inhibit grain abnormal grew up MgO style role. Through the experiment and analysis, the present achieves success, getting the best project of composition design and the technique of sintering of thermal shock resistant ceramics.
