The present thesis is a sub-project supported by the 11th"five-year"national science and technology (NO. 2009BAD9B04) and studies the influence of storage conditions on the heavy metal sample of ceramic containers. It also researches the effect of soak test conditions and the glazed species of ceramic container on the dissolution of harmful substances such as the heavy metal of ceramic containers.Since the ceramic food package container is in close connection with people's life and food security, the public always pay much attention to both its quality and safety. Also, each country has formulated the corresponding standard to confine its dissolution quantity. Dissolution quantity of harmful substance is an important secure indicator of ceramic products. Governments around the world pay high attention to the health and security of their citizens, treating the security and health problem of ceramic container-which is used to pack and store food-the same as food security problem and also proposing strict limitations on the dissolution of lead and cadmium in the products. General international standard testing methods is a long cycle, can not adapt the short time of import and export of ceramic, therefore, the influent of soaking conditions on release heavy metals from ceramic and storage conditions on variable quantity of heavy metals are very improtant to the study of both accurate and rapid detection method. The research work mainly included as follow:(1)The author uses the methods of ICP-OES and ICP-MS to study to the influence of storage container's material, storage temperature, storage duration, primary thickness of the sample and the thickness of acetic solution on the synthetic sample of harmful substances such as the 8 heavy metals-lead, cadmium, chromium, nickel, antimony, cobalt, arsenic and zinc. It is found out that the best material for the storage container should be the copolymer of FEP.(2)The research subject is established by the investigation of different kinds of on-sale ceramic in the main producing area around the country.(3)The writer studies the influence of soak solution, soak duration, soak temperature and glazed species on the harmful substance dissolution such as the above 8 heavy metals in the ceramic containers and testifies separately the dissolution models of lead and zinc in over-glazed ceramic containers under different soak durations and different soak conditions,.The result shows that different models suit different kinds of heavy metals and soak conditions and the effect of comparative predicting residual is exceedingly good.(4)Meanwhile, according to the models each kind of heavy metal suits, a quick testing method is proposed for the dissolution quantity of lead and zinc in the food package container made of over-glazed ceramic: increasing the soak temperature, shortening the soak duration and predicting the dissolution quantity of lead and zinc under low temperature and long duration referring to the fitting models.
