Xiangjiang River water project, "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" is mainly to carry out the pollution control technology research of the typical industrial point source in Xiangjiang River, selected Qingshuitang in Zhuzhou, Shuikoushan smelting enterprises in Hengyang where the heavy metal pollution is serious to do the research and breakthroughs in key technologies.Control the pollution sources, do heavy metal waste water treatment, recover heavy meatals resources reasonablely at the same time reducing heavy metal pollution a is a win-win initiatives. Zinc smelting companies in Shuikoushang, the production of zinc in the electrolysis process in the metal stripping and plate cleaning process, which will produce a large number of rinsing waste water. In this work, recovery of heavy metals was studied with lectrodeposition-membrane filtration techniques, this paper focuses on reaction mechanism on two-dimensional and three-dimensional electrodeposition of zinc ion removal from wastewater, providing theoretical support to the application and promotion of this technology. The experiments were carried out with a model electrolysis cell, and orthogonal experimences were designed, Influence factors and degrees of the two-dimensional and three-dimensional electrodeposition were studied. The results showed:(1)The two-dimensional flat electrodes were good at zinc ions recycling and wastewater purification when the concentration of zinc was high in wastewater, the electrode spacing and applied voltage among the factors that affect the two-dimensional electrodeposition were greatly impact, and when the concentration of zinc was 4000mg/L, electrode spacing was 20mm, cell voltage was about 6v, the material of cathode was aluminum, electrodeposition time was about 45min, the residual concentration of zinc has dropped bellow 300mg/L, which has laid a good foundation for the subsequent three-dimensional electrodeposition; (2)The carbon-water ratio and electrode spacing has a great impact on the three deposition.Under experimental condition, when the zinc concentration was 300mg/L, the plate spacing was 40mm, carbon- water ratio was 1.0:1.0, current was 0.6A, deposition time was 60min, then the removal rate of zinc was to 91.5%, and the effluent concentration was as low as 25.5mg/L, which reduced the processing cost for the following treatment. The results showed that three-electrodeposition used in conjunction with two-dimensional electrodeposition can recover zinc and purify wastewater contained zinc effectively.
