Our country as the acrylic fiber product biggest consumer market, along with acrylic fiber output's large scale increase, has produced the massive acrylic fiber waste material. The acrylic fiber waste material cannot be depolymerized, not be able the thermo-compression formation, also cannot take the fuel use. At present the main way to process the acrylic fiber waste material is to hydrolisis it completely, and its hydrolysate may be used in preparing the starching agent which can be used in the textile industry, the high polymer absorbent resin, the oil field to use the mud finishing agent, the polymer antisludging agent and so on.The related acrylic fiber complete hydrolisis's principle research as early as Russian scientist Arkady D.Litmanovich already had carried on the detailed description in the 21st century at the beginning in its paper. However, the research on the partial hydrolisis of PAN fibers, that can improve the fibers' water absorption, is few. In 2007, the Chinese ships heavy industry Group 718th research institute has conducted the research to the polypropylene nitrile textile fiber alkaline process partial hydrolisis mechanism, has analyzed the cyano hydrolisis principle using the valence bond theory, based on this proposed the polypropylene nitrile textile fiber alkaline process partial hydrolisis's reaction mechanism extrapolated, and has carried on the confirmation with the infrared spectrometry. This topic based on this theory, in terms of the utilization infrared spectrometry, researches into the transformation among alkaline -CN,-CONH2, and -COOH during hydrolytic process, and the relation between the transformation prosess, the transformed degree with the hydrolisis time, the hydrolisis temperature, the alcohol type percentage as well as different alcohol. Through the massive experiments, I discovered that after alkaline process hydrolisis modification, the fibers' hygroscopicity enhanced, unfortunately, the fibers can maintain fiber shape, but the textile fiber spinnability becomes worse, and practical application is difficult. In order to enhance the practical application value of depleted PAN fibers, in this paper,â… changed traditional research mentality that fiber modification first and then weaves. Firstly, depleted PAN fibers were weaved using nonwoven technology, and then put the nonwoven into hydrolyzing container for hydrolysis, which can overcome the drawback that hydrolytic fibers was not good for weaving. At the same time, we can get perfect product easer with weaving before hydrolyzing than that with hydrolyzing before weaving. In this paper, test materials was needle fabric. Mainly having studied in the relation between fabric's water absorptivity, mechanical performance, the weight per unit and air permeation with the condition of acid hydrolysis such as hydrolysis time, concentration of ethanol and temperature of hydrolysate. According to this process, modified fabric with good water absorption and pefect strength & elongation can be made. A new product or technology must be applicated optimally and serve actual production. At the last chapter, this paper payed attention to the use of hydrolyzed fabric, and analysed feasiblely in view of using field, such as in agricultural production field and vertical greening field.
