Development And Study On Protective Properties Of Warp Knitted Spacer Fabric

The thesis mainly studies the protective properties of warp knitted spacer fabric on the basis of three different organizational structure fabrics, mainly including the compression and energy absorption. then the structural factors that influenced the protective properties of spacer fabric was analyzed..Firstly, the paper begin with the development of the warp knitted fabric, then the surface structure and special spacer layer structure of space fabric were studied, as performance is up to the structure, but also tells the special structure made the fabric of special performance, and can effectively play this fabric excellent characters of various uses, and the research status both at home and abroad of warp knitted space fabric were also studied.Secondly, the paper studies the feasibility of the protective performance of the spacer fabric as protective fabric, and determines the final solution, in the initial phase of research such protective performance, three kinds fabric that is only different with surface structure were developed to research the influence of fabric surface organization. This paper is based on the experiment, the right materials for surface structure and space layer respectively were chosen, studied and analyzed the structural parameters that influenced fabric performance, then the fabric structure were reasonable designed, after that, strictly accordance to the structure design parameters, in the actual production, some solutions to the problems presented were proposed, in demand of the paper, some after-finishing for the fabric needed were then carried.Then, the paper studies and analyses the feasibility of the protective performance of the finished fabric, the fabric designed and the fabric that Changzhou Wujin Wuyang textile machinery plant provides were mainly compare on the basis of compression and energy absorption performance. Using the polyurethane soft flexible material of the experimental method of standard, experimental scheme were set up respectively, after the test, the stress-strain diagrams and impact penetrating values of the warp knitted spacer fabric were found. The difference between the protective performance on the basis of Orign software, and the reasons for different structural factors strictly were analysed, then using spss software to analyse the importance of the factors, and research the mechanical model of space fabric.Finally, on the basis of the paper, we summary the conclusions of the experiment, and research the existing problems and defects of the topic we faced.The topic of the paper is novel and creative research the protective performance of the spacerfabric,there is certain theoretical meaning for the warp knitted fabric used in protection domain.
