With the rapid development of urban economy and increasing urban scale,the city has growing demand on the water resource and the problem of urban environment pollution has become more serious. As the important resource and environment carrier,urban water system is relative to urban survival and urban development. South canal water system as the important branch of the canal around city of Shenyang,it crosses three administrative regions which are called Dadong,Shenhe and Heping, it runs through five large parks which are called Wanquan,Wanliutang,Qingnian and Nanhu etc,and it has the important responsibility for recreation of citizen and adjusting urban micro-environment. The problem of south canal water system has become more serious in recent years,it has a impact on the decrease level of life,recreation and leisure of citizen,and it products the downstream water pollution after discharged into HunHe River,moreover it affects irrigation water security of Bayi agriculture irrigation which irrigated by HunHe River.For the currrent water environment of south canal system,carry out the research work and obtain the results as following:Firstly,study on south canal river water environment quality evaluation. By using B-P neural network and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, grey relational analysis of the three methods, for the south canal river water environment evaluate.Through comparison and analysis of the three evaluation methods, finally chooses t he evaluation results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that south canal river water quality in low and high water season are surface water quality standard inferiorâ…¤class level; The main pollutants south canal system for NH4+-N, annual NH4+-N concentration exceededâ…¤class water 2.0 mg/L standards, the concentration of the low water season is obviously higher than the concentration of high water season.Secondly,ecological water requirement of south canal river system is calculated. Through taking function method, get calculation of ecological water requirement for 1.483 m3/s. Analyze its composition proportion, found infiltration water occupies the largest proportion of the part in ecological water requirement of south canal water.Thirdly,Establish south canal river water quality simulation model in low and high water season, and dynamic simulation the impact on water environment of south canal water in different water diversion water qualitative conditions. Application QUAL2K model, obtain the results as follows: In the existing circumstances, to ensure south canal water quality reach landscape functions in the low water season to introduce water standardâ…¢class standard surface, to its minimum required dilution self-purification water demand for 5.635m3/s, In the high water season through water diversion cannot assure its water quality which based on ecological water requirement reachs function requirement. Then simulation and forecast in full control of exogenous pollutions circustances, to ensure the water quality which based on ecological water requirement reachs function requiremen to introduceâ…£class standard surface water.In addition, experimental research on the impact on water environment of south canal river by barrages, sediment, the plant born system to the south the river influence. The result shows: the barrages on the south canal were good water environment improvement effect in DO, COD, NH4+-N; for the sediment of South canal, different organic matter content in frictional distribution is differ, there are some biodegradable to main organic pollutants in water environment of the south canal river, and cannot cause secondary pollution in the stationary state; As the existing plant born system, Lotus system play a certain role for the south canal river, its management operation the best hydraulic retention time for 4 days.Finally, the scheme of south canal river environment pollutiong control is fomaulated. Trough adopting the scene anaysis which is include the water quality goal analysis and goal benefit analysis,establish the scheme of south canal river water environment pollution control, for the related departments to improve south canal river water environment provides scientific basis.
