Rice bran have high economic value as Fuel oil resources. Besides rice bran oil,rice bran protein,Rice bran contain many kinds of nutrients and function ingredient. Phytic acid calcium's content may reach about 11% in the defatted rice bran. Taking the defatted rice bran as raw material to extract phytic acid calcium for preparation of Phytic acid and Inositol may enhance the use of defatted rice bran, increase the added value, have the actual significance. The paper study extraction and purification of phytic acid from the defatted rice bran and do the preliminary enzymolysis study on the preparation of Inositol from phytic acid.This paper choose the best method according to comparing ultrasonic wave and enzymatic hydrolysis extraction, ultrasonic wave extraction,microwave-assisted extraction,conventional extraction,ultrasonic wave extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis not only shorten the extraction time but aslo increase purity and yield. On the basis of the study the single factor,by the response surface method,the paper make models for Phytin quality and Ganophosphorus content, and optimize the preparation of phytic acid from Rice degreasing rice bran. The Phytin quality and ganophosphorus content response value of two models are significantly,fitting degree good , and good predictive . The best technological conditions are pH value 2.32,time 19.44 min,temperature 53.43℃,liquid ratio 11.15:1 . At this time , Phytin quality can get to 1.882g , the ganophosphorus content can get to 0.551g. Through testing the Phytin,the content of Phytin get to 90%, extraction rate 95%.Using ion-exchange resin method to study the phytic acid purification . Through the method of 717 phytic acid resin static absorption,the factors were studied.Results show that:the resin content 3g , temperature30℃, pH value 3 , oscillating time 3h , phytic acid adsorption balance can be achieved. Through the method of 717 phytic acid resin dynamic absorption,Results show that:the best factors are the feed flow velocity 2mL/min,the feed concentration 9mg/mL,desorption concentration 2mol/L , desorption velocity 2mL/min . The content of products is above 80%. The concentration is 0.142g/mL and its quality achieves the national standards.Through the phytic acid molecule specificity and enzymolysis in different sites,using the method of phytic acid enzymolysis for inositol at normal temperature. The advantage is mild reaction conditions, low energy consumption . Through the method of compound enzyme enzymolysis, the method shorten time and improve the extraction rate of inositol, It provides a new idea for the industrial production.Through single enzyme and compound enzyme, obtained the best conditions for enzymolysis . Wheat phytic acid enzyme : enzyme concentration 2ml , temperature 30℃, pH value 5 , enzymolysis time18h. Aspergillus niger phytic acid enzyme: enzyme concentration 2ml , temperature 30℃, pH value 5, enzymolysis time14h. Compound enzyme: enzyme concentration 2ml, temperature 30℃, pH value 5,time12h.For the ultimate inositol,the product purity is 80.2%,extraction rate 10%.
