They can meet the advaced requirement of resin based coposite materials in many fields. So the polyimide resins cotaining capping groups have gained increasing research interest presently.Obviously, we combines the features of rich forest resources in Jiangxi, introduce the polyimide camphor, rosin derivatives as capping agent, and join them to the dianhydride and diamine in proportion, to synthesis of polyimide Oligomers. we confirmed by IR and NMR, thermal performance testing.The results of thermal performance test as follows:The 5% weight loss of polyimide oligomers product by camphor anhydride as capping agent is 380℃, polyimide imide ring cleavage in 412℃, polyimide pyrolysis in 600℃.The 5% weight loss of Furan maleic anhydride terminated polyimide oligomers was 378.8℃. Products were 430℃and 600℃in the vicinity of the two endothermic peaks, corresponding to the thermal cracking of the alicyclic polyimide and the thermal cracking of endothermic peak.The 5% weight loss of Maleic anhydride Dipentene terminated single-chain oligomers number of 1,2were 218℃and 198℃, and The 50% weight loss temperatures were 664℃and 639℃. The 5% weight loss temperatures of Maleopimaric Hong terminated oligomers were 303℃,340℃,278℃.50% of the weight loss temperatures were 442℃,438℃, 483℃, oligomer also showed a higher glass transition temperature, The Tg of PI-1 is 310℃.The subject combines the rich features of forest resources in Jiangxi, introducte the camphor, rosin and other renewable forest resources to polyimide oligomers, their derivatives are preparated as polyimide oligomers blocking agent.These derivatives contain alicyclic structure not only improve the processing performance of polyimide, but alsoimprove the value of the conversion of camphor. |
