The company has 990 employers, and the sale of company is 400 million yuan. The company's main products are methyl methacrylate, polymethyl methacrylate molding compound, cast plate, PVC processing aid, ammonium sulfate, sulfuric acid and other glass products. The main characteristics of process in company's production is the danger of material/the continuity of the production process/the complexity of production process characteristics, leading to great losses in the event of accidents. Research shows that 70% to 90% of industrial accidents were caused by behavior risks in safety production, and the identification of behavior risks in safety production is the basic of preventing and controlling behavior risks.
