CaoZhuang Coal mining has produced more than 30 years, the upper coal seam has been completed. The current remaining coal reserve is mainly 10-2 coal seam, but geological conditions of 10-2 coal seam are poor and rocks are complex, the composite roofs include sandstone, thin coal and waste rock caving after 9 coal seam mined. Rock bottom is clay, and water swelling of soft. In order to stabilize production and improve efficiency, CaoZhuang coal mine had been transformed mining 10-2 coal seam and the excavation of the roadway. The mining changed by the original blast mining to movable support mechanized mining, so mining progress has improved greatly. In order to meet the need for fully mechanized coal mining, to improve the driving speed, driving efficiency and the surrounding degree of control, to improve the quality of support, the original roadway support in the shed to support steel beam support.Industrial test of "support and control of soft broken tunnel surrounding rock structure" was selected in the East Wing of Western coal mining area of 10 caol, the second section of the lane to 10603 face into the wind, test driving the length of 640 meters, in the tunneling approach, methods, rock support control and safety management and labor organization has made some useful experience to ensure good construction quality and the roadway surrounding rock control with which the rock conditions in the complex mesh beam support mechanized excavation technology work for the 10-2 Coal Seam surface preparation for taking over, paving the way for Feicheng 10-2 seam mining control and fast driving rock to explore a new way.
