Qingshankou formation has characteristics with low porosity and ultro-low permeability, closer to the nether water layer, the little stress diffience between the sand formation and shale formation, many of fractures and much of fracturing fluid loss. To resolve these difficult, the fracturing technology and construction parameters fit for Yaoyingtai geological features have been formed basically by exploring and summing for many years. The main methods includes, the optimization of perforating formation and perforating manner, the composite prepositive sand-filter to prevent sand-screen, diverting fracture-control and prepositive ceramic powder settling fracture-control technology to avoid fracturing the lower water layer, etc. With the development and production of area, there are many issues need to resolve, especially in the Rock mechanics of formation and overburden and fracture height controlling technology,fracturing technology of dual-media oil reservoir, and enhancing fracture conductivity tests. Through analysis of three-axis mechanical properties of rocks,,natural fractures diagnostic technology,and proppant conductivity tests and selection,. The sand-filter key technologies and effective sand-pumped technology were improved further, and therefore, a serial of targeted and innovative technology formed including prepositive ceramic powder technology, coated sand water-control fracturing technology, and linear sand pumped and multi-prepositive sand plug fracturing technology.,Through pilot projects and applications, a set of applicable Yaoyingtai effective transformation of oilfield technology were performed, and the reserves of ultro-low permeability oil reservoir employed and reservoir exploitation improved.
