The Design And Study Of Unconventional Casing Program In Marine Facies Areas In South China

The marine facies areas in south China is the stress exploration area of SinoPec and CNPC. Since the geology situation in this area is complex particularly, the current casing program and the designing method can't meet the need of the present exploration and development. At the base of from bottom to top and from top to bottom, this paper proposed the designing method that from middle to bottom and top, and established the procedure. Investigated the formation and pressure feature of Heba, Yuanba and Puguang areas, and summed up the down hole problems of the previous wells. Compared and analyzed the problems and defects in the casing program of the previous wells, and proposed the elemental optimized design of casing program.Studied and analyzed the design and application of unconventional casing programs. Studied and analyzed casing program requirements of the complex deep well drilling in the marine facies areas in south China and the defects of the present casing program, proposed series of unconventional casing design principles. Analyzed the advantages of application of unconventional casing programs in marine facies areas in south China, and fallowed the tracks of the field application of the unconventional casing programs. Statistically analyzed the practical application of the unconventional casing programs, and verified the rationality of the unconventional casing programs.Based on the above work, designed the casing program designing software which is suitable for the marine facies areas in south China. Comparing the design example to the previous, analyzed the advantages of the software. This software provided an important reference value for the casing program design in this area.
