| The paper which is based on the experiments make use of The Model Loop-line Test Apparatus to analyze the structure of gelled crude oil destruction of properties. By analyzing the process of the constant flow experiments and the constant pressure experiments to find the characteristics of the gelled crude oil. By observing the phenomenon of surface data, analyze the nature of the phenomenon exits, and thus summarizing a general equation to suitable for crude oil.We find the restart time by analyzing the progress of the constant pressure. We can also know that every points in the pipeline is a continuous change and the changing is from front to back in turn. As a result, we can make sure that the restart of constant pressure is used to back slowly yield spread process.By studying the relationship between stress and pressure and the relationship between pressure and restarting time in the progress of constant pressure, we find the way to obtain the minimum value in the restarting progress. We also find the more suitable formula and the corresponding temperature chart queries. The relationship between restart rate of constant with the restarting pressure and the restarting temperature has been given in this paper. We also find at least one inflection point in the progress of restarting. In this point, crude oil is swiftly flowing at a minimum value. Corresponded to different temperatures, the value has been given. We can also find it through the chat. There is a quite good way to determine the start-up pressure is through the restarting time, for two prominent advantages. First, we can directly read out the start-up time or accessible. Second, the error through the simulated curves is relatively small. And also, we can use this method to determine the restarting time in the long-distance pipeline. Through analyzing the progress of constant flow, we find the position whether the start-up has begun. At the same time, we also find the position where the maximum pressure occurs and analyze the various phonemes of the constant flow in the restart-up progress. |
