| The purpose of the horizontal well was to drill as much oil layer as possible, increase the single well production and improve recovery factor.In fact sublevel mining refers to setting pipe with some downhole tools such as packer and reversing valve, separating layer by packer and forming independent passage between pipe and oil layer. Owing to the difference seepage rule and water content in horizontal segment, sublevel mining is a natural development.Firstly, this paper summarized the main failure form of packer, analysed the reason of failure, put forward solutions and made the fault tree. Furthermore, mechanics model of tubing established in horizontal well, finite element calculation of tubing in curve section and horizontal section was carried out with the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Then mechanics model of packer established in horizontal well, mathematic simulation of the tripping process of packer in horizontal well was carried out with the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA dynamic module. Finally, mechanical analysis of rubber was finished, and finite element calculation of improved packer was carried out with the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.By means of the mechanical analysis and simulation, mechanical analysis of tubing and packer for sublevel mining in horizontal well, The research of this paper was showed to have great instructive significance to oil production technology in horizontal well. |
