But Top Drive System is a very complex institution; there will appear a variety of fault. Repairing Top Drive System needs related experts, who based on their experience and knowledge to participate in the settlement, which limits the popularity of Top Drive System and recovery time after failure. As the top drive drilling equipment is mechanical and electronic integration, therefore, it has a higher technical quality requirement to maintenance technicians. Due to the special economic system of oilfeild, it results in the shortage of drilling industry equipment maintenance technician. Once TDS is failure, the cycle of maintenance and cost is high.So, building a fault diagnosis expert system of Top Drive System has a great significance. This paper aiming at VARCO TDS-11SA top drive system, introduce the structure of Top Drive System in detail. Meanwhile, service logs of top drive services company of Dongying Cruise, have been classified in summary, and it is divided into: common faults, alarm processing, the fault of main structure, the special fault. And find fault phenomenon, identify cause of the malfunction, obtain solutions. Secondly, by analysing the faults in detail, obtain the facts and rule base of expert system. Third, using expert system language CLIPS, compile Top Drive Fault Diagnosis Expert System, and its inquiry-based mode is friendly, convenient, and user can answer fault diagnosis system, and reach a solution. Finally, study the interface between CLIPS and Visual C++, and use CLIPSWrap classes to mixed programe, and successful obtain knowledge editor and inference engine function, and based on Visual C++ for fault diagnosis expert system that user can use informed fault phenomenon, fast positioning of the cause of the malfunction, and make relevant solutions. |
