| Hydraulic synchronic control has been an important research topic in the field of hydraulic all the time. It is used widely in many areas just because of its simple structure, assembling conveniently ,easy to control and adaptability to high-power situations. As the development and need of the modern industrial and economic, a growing number of metal processing equipment, metallurgical machinery, engineering machinery and aviation devices give higher requirements to the synchronous control system. The key is how to improve the synchronization precision of the synchronic control system.The issue is based on a transformation project of hydraulic system before the rolling mill. And a research is done on synchronic control system of side guide. The main contents are as follows:1,The position synchronic control system of side guide is designed combined with production and process requirements according to the advantages and features of the electro-hydraulic proportional control technology.2,Adopt the same synchronic control strategy to control the system and build up the transfer function model of the position synchronic control system of side guide in the MATLAB.3,Introduce an incomplete differential PID control to the hydraulic system of side guide. The simulation results show that incomplete differential PID control can track the input signals accurately.4,Combine the BP neural network and PID control to constitute a self-tuning PID controller based on BP network and introduce it to the synchronic control system of side guide. The simulation results show that the controller and adjust the value of PID control parameters voluntarily according to working state of the system, indicating that the neural network used in conjunction with the PID control is effective. |
