Study On Environmentally Sustainable Development In Changshan

Urban environmental sustainability is not just to meet the needs of contemporary people, it is more important for future generations to create a living space that could be recycled. How to quantitatively evalue and analyse a regional environmental sustainability is a hot spot in the currently regional environmental sustainable development research.This article reviewed at home and abroad based on the monetization and statistics from two different angles, using genuine saving method and AHP in Changshan County between 1998-2007, evaluated its environmentally sustainable development, discussed its environmental sustainability in ten years and the reasons for the fluctuations, and thus put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Main achievements:1. Through genuine saving method that Changshan environment in a sustainable growth but unstable and environmental development lags behind the economic development. The key factors of environment sustainable development in Changshan are industrial SO2 in the discharge of the pollution losses, and the natural resources from arable land and woodlands reduce;2. Evaluate the results show that the overall index from the point of view, Changshan environmental sustainability at a high level (> 0.7), but declining, 10 years of environmental sustainability index fell from 0.8215 in 1998 to0.7632 in 2007;3. Comprehensive two methods, Changshan 10 years in the 1998-2007 environmental development is sustainable, but the overall downward trend. Proposed full protection Changshan county government and forest land resources, land resources, strict control of industrial SO2 emissions, efforts to improve the eco-environmental awareness.
