The effects of different reinforcing agent on the properties of the blends were studied; the result shows that the mechanical properties of the blends reinforced with nanosilica were better. And then, the effects to mechanical properties were investigated by analyzing the mass ratio of nanosilica and the modification of MAH/St/DCP multi-monomer melt grafting. The crystallization and melting of PP were studied by DSC. The heat stability of blend was studied by TG. The result shows that, when the content of nanosilica was 4 phr and the content of MAH/St/DCP was 3.75/1.875/0.3, the melt grafted blends had the best mechanical properties, resistance to solvent and heat stability. The compatibility and interfacial interaction between TPI and PP was increased by improving dispersive equality of TPI and enhancing co-crosslinking of the two phases. At last, the microstructure characteristics of the blends were analyzed by the methods of Polarized light microscope(PLM) and Scanning electron microscopy(SEM). | | Keywords/Search Tags: | trans-1,4-polyisoprene, polypropylene, dynamic-vulcanization, nanosilica, compatibility, melt-grafting | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
