Inverter arc welding power has become the inevitable trend of development of welding power because of its energy-saving materials, lightweight flexible, high frequency, fast response characteristics . Hard-switching inverter arc welding power supply switches usually have a greater stress and wear and tear , reducing the efficiency of the circuit. So soft-switching technology will replace hard-switching inverter welding power source technology in future. This topic studies soft-switch arc welding inverter control technology by using DSP in this context, and completes the following contents .Firstly, this paper summarizes soft-switching topology overview of current research, and highlights three full bridge soft-switching circuit topology: Zero voltage (ZVS), zero current (ZCS), zero-voltage zero-current (ZVZCS), Particularly, this paper systematic theoretical analysis the FB-ZVZCS-PWM inverter working principle which we selected.Control system chooses digital signal processor chip TMS320F28016, hardware design includes DSP minimum system design, signal feedback circuit sampling, the simulation and selection of PI parameters and anti-jamming system. The software part adopts the modularization design, the whole process is divided into several large modules according to function. This paper introduces the main process of program control, and then introduces the idea of structured programming, such as A / D conversion routines, PI control algorithm and PWM subprogram.Aim at the main circuit and control circuit, the paper builds a double-zero soft-switching systems and hard-switching simulation models through the Matlab / Simulink toolbox. In the main circuit, the work includes IGBT waveform, transformer primary voltage current waveform and control system simulation waveforms, and the waveform is analyzed. For the parameter optimization. this article also analyzes the core components of achieving zero-voltage turn-on and ultra-forearm arm lag zero current shutdown.
