According to the characteristics of sub-layers in the south Saertu oil field, this paper carried out a research of fine geological interpretation of sub-layers, the boundaries of polymer flooding technology in sub-layers as well as the determination of parameters and has determined many key technical problems such as the sub-layers injection object,strata combination, Well pattern, the optimization of parameter, adaptability of polymer and polymer flooding development rule etc.In order to conduct industrial polymer sub-layers more rationally and efficiently, I have selected an appropriate pilot area to carry out sub-layers of polymer flooding. According to the specific reservoir characteristics and fluid properties of this test area, and by researching the matching relationship between molecular weight and different permeability, the displacement efficiency evaluation and other means I have effected the selected molecular weight(12 million~16 million) polymers in this paper. The polymer dosage is 640mg/L·PV, the injection rate is 0.14PV/a, and polymer molecules will not plug the oil layer. It will enter about 70% thickness of the target layer and is able to control 62.0% pore size of the test area. With numerical simulation and the geological modeling FCM, the chemical slug injection, injection rate and injection method are managed to be optimized. What's more, I have proposed an implementation program, and predicted the results and meanwhile analyzed the test results.Comparing with the effect of water flooding, polymer flooding enhanced 7.8 percentage points of oil recovery, can cumulatively increase oil by 4.000×104t, and increase 62t oil from every ton of polymer flooding. The implementation of pilot test will provide technical basis for the sub-layers development and capacity planning of the south Saertu development area. It is significantly meaningful to promote industrialization for polymer flooding of sub-layers in the south of Saertu oil field.
