Polystyrene board as efficient insulation materials has been widely used in roofing, basement and ground, etc. Because of the bad polystyrene insulation to meet modern building requirements that requiring higher insulation thickness of about 40-80mm, and its intensity is not high, load-bearing capacity of the lower, outside wall tiles need to strengthen the handle, another as polystyrene high ethylene absorbent insulation board, if leakage occurs, plates are perishable, so down the insulation effect. Therefore, single polystyrene insulation materials can not meet the insulation requirements. So how to deal with their modification to reduce the thermal conductivity is a very significant issue.Silica aerogel modified test by selecting the best technology programs:the modification time:24h, temperature:27℃, KH-570 SiO2 aerogel with mass ratio 4:5, PH value:5.In the styrene coating test, through different system components and the synthesis process were studied to determine optimum conditions for the SiO2 aerogel for the 3g; styrene 21g; ethanol water solvent ratio of ethanol to 380g+20 g water; cause dosage of styrene quality:4.2g; dispersant:2g. Determine the optimum technological parameters:ultrasonic dispersion time was 20min, microwave irradiation time was 40min, microwave radiation power 400w, microwave radiation temperature is 65℃; in the best ratio of reaction system and process parameters, the core-shell composite structure of benzene Ethylene conversion rate of 67.1%, composite microspheres coated with 32.7%; the synthesized powder shock density of composite structures for the 0.353g/cm3 higher than those of SiO2 aeroge10.140 g/cm and less than the polystyrene 0.971 g/cm3, from the side reflects the composition of core-shell composite structure for the collection of SiO2 aerogel and polystyrene; composite structures and thermal conductivity powder 0.0706w/m*k, smaller than the pure polystyrene thermal conductivity, the initial idea of the ideal structure to achieve our results.
