Use animal fats and vegetable oils with small molecule alcohols producte biodiesel.It is renewable new energy of less pollution and gradually become a substitute for fossil fuels. Liquid catalyst is the one used mostly in industry.But which has the disadvantage of circular use unfeasibility,unconvenient separation and more environmental pollution. To face the above-mentioned problems.Study the solid catalyst has profound theoretical and practical significance.this study major focus reaction process of produce biodiesel from rap oil by use resin201×4 as catalyst.The resin 201×4 catalyst was applied to biodiesel preparation and the technics was optimized by sigle-factor and orthogoral experiments with esterifieation rate as the index.The optimal conditions were:molar ratio of methanol to oil 10:1,the quality of catalyst 2% that of fatty acid,reaction temperature 55℃,reaction time 1.5h.under which the esterifieation rate could amount up to 69%.And factors affecting the strength of the order is molar ratio of methanol to oil,reaction temperature,the quality of catalyst,reaction temperature.Due to esterifieation rate unsatisfactory by use resin201×4 as catalyst.Through lots of experience about catalyst, we find a new catalyst-bentonite potassium nitrate load can be used in preparation of biodiesel. Obtained best preparative conditions of catalytic preparation: Potassium nitrate and bentonite mass ratio of 1:1.According to the ratio of 0.5mL:g with water, dried at 110℃,grinding sifting control diameter of catalyst between 125μm to 250μm., calcining temperature is 700℃,calcining time is 4 h and control diameter of catalyst between 250μm to 380μm.The bentonite potassium nitrate load catalyst was applied to biodiesel preparation and the technics was optimized by sigle-factor and orthogoral experiments with esterifieation rate as the index.The optimal conditions were:molar ratio of methanol to oil 11:1,the quality of catalyst 4% that of fatty acid,reaction temperature 55℃,reaction time 2.5h.under which the esterifieation rate could amount up to 96%. And factors affecting the strength of the order is molar ratio of methanol to oil,reaction temperature,the quality of catalyst,reaction temperature.Finally, study on the conditions and property of recycled bentonite potassium nitrate load catalyst.Physicochemieal properties of obtained biodiesel were measured. All test result fay in with current standards of China producte biodiesel.
