As the quantity of mineral diesel oil is less and less ,the biodiesels,a sort of new diesels consisting of a series of fatty acid methyl ester within long-chain fatty acid and low-carbon hydroxy-substitued monoesters which could be processed from regenerative raw materials such as plant oils and animan fats et al while being in line withISO14214-A[7],have brought into our views gradually. Ester-fatty acids is mainly maked from plant oil,recuperated food&beverage and animal fats etc.In this study it embodys two studies,one is we use jatropha curcas oil to produce biodiesels;The other is we extract protein from the sludge of jatropha curcas fruit.In this study,the viscosity, the flash point, the cold filter plugging point,the combustion heat and the copper corrode value of biodiesel and jatropha curcas oil(1diluent or 2diluent) are tested and compared by laboratorial methods.In this study,we extract protein from the sludge of jatropha curcas fruit by the method of alkaline extraction(ultrasonic-assisted).In the experimental process,by changing influencing parameters, then we draw the conclusion that the optimal condition to extract protein is listed as follows:the extraction time is 2 hours,the temperature set at 75℃, the concentration of lye is 5 %, the proportion of sludge&assistant lye is among 1:30 to 1:40,the frequency of ultrasonic is 31 kHz.By Kjeldahl determination, we calculate content of protein by extracting from the sludge of jatropha curcas fruit.By the qualitative analysis of Na melt method,we know there're elements like C,H,O,N,S,etc existing in the extracted substance.Through element analysis of the extracted substance,we find the mole proportion of C,H,O,N,S,etc were pinpointed as 4:7:2:1:0, the simplest chemical formula of this substance is C4H7O2N.By infra-red spectrometry analysis it shows that-OH,-NH2,-R,C Oexist in the substance, it proves this extracted substance is a protein of sludge. By Ultra-violet spectrometry analysis it illustrates that aromatic structure exists in the protein molecular which is one of the characters in the plant sludge protein.
