| The development of modern industry is more and more strict with the surface quality of the steel strip, the vibration of rolling mill is an important reason of causing the defects on the surface of the steel strip. Many years, the vibration of rolling mill attracts the most attentions for the extensive existence and the damage to device and steel strip, so the research of vibration of cold rolling mill and the chatter mark on the surface of steel strip is badly in need of solution in steel enterprise.This paper studies the chatter mark of steel strip of some large scale steel enterprise cold rolling plant, measures the vibration of rolling mill, researches the mechanism of the vibration of cold rolling mill, finds the reason of exceptional vibration of cold rolling mill, researches the reciprocity between the vibration and chatter mark, reveals the mechanism of the vibration of rolling mill and the influencing factors, puts forwards the effective measures to reject the production of chatter mark, achieves the effect of the reduction of chatter mark.We developed the measurement and analysis software, tested the vibration of cold rolling mill twice for six long months, collected the data of idle data, natural data, exceptional data, different speed data, different consistency data, and tested the single stander and four standers. We make sure that the reason of vibration of rolling mill is an unstable friction between roller and steel strip, causes the tension fluctuation and generated the chattering, research the coupling effect between standers, analysis the influence of every technological parameters.The paper studies the basic principle of chattering and the criterion of stability of system, establishes the cold rolling mill vertical vibration equation, analyzes the influence of the tension fluctuation, contact length variation, draft, friction and lubrication; establishes the rolling mill stander and carrying roller model, analyzes the dynamic characteristics, calculates the natural frequency and modal, The paper establishes the vertical model, computes the seventh modal is close to exceptional frequency 568Hz, and the principle mode is that the working rollers move uniformly, complying with the character of chattering, so can be used to analysis of cold rolling mill.At the end the paper puts forward the measures to inhibit the vibration of rolling mill,and also verifies, prospects the shortage of current research and unfinished work. |
