| Long-distance pipeline as a major facility in the field of oil and gas transportation, the safety operation of non-leaking is essential for pipeline. With the development of oil and gas industry, pipeline leak detection has become one of the extremely important tasks in the process of oil transportation. Demand for high precision, high stability oil pipeline leak detection devices is increasing in National major oil fields. The economical pipeline leak detector was designed and developed after the analysis of the leak detection technology, the leak detection equipment status quo and development trend.This study is carried out in three parts, namely leak detector hardware design, software design and experimental analysis.Firstly, the research statuses of Long-distance pipeline leak detection technology and pipeline leak detector at home and abroad was analyzed. Secondly, determined the leak detection method and the basic functions of the detector according to leak detection requirements, the system structure, anti-interference measures and technical target of leak detector were given in the part of the overall design.Next, according to data acquisition and system design requirements for the hardware, the signal conditioning circuit and PCB for leak detector has been designed. Additionally, programming with C language to achieve the functions such as digital filter the collected signals, sampling frequency and data communication rate setting for the detector and system interrupt control.Finally, upon completion of debugging software and hardware functions, taked the pressure transmitter and signal generator as signal source to collect data and to determine pipeline leakage with this pipeline leak detector. Been tested, the system in good condition and achieved the requirements of field work. |
