| Lignocellulose is the most plentiful and the least expensive renewable carbohydrate resource on earth that can be transferred into energy through microbial fermentation.To obtain different types of energies through the degradation of all kinds of cellulose has become an international issue that draws wide attention from countries all over the world. China is a large agricultural country that is abundant in biomass resources. However, currently biomass resources in China is widely distributed and its low energy density makes it difficult to accumulate and utilize the resource. Therefore, to study and develop the technologies of transferring straw cellulose will be of practical significance to development of new energy resources and environmental protection. From the perspective of sustainable development, using straw to produce hydrogen will have great potentialities for development in hydrogen production industry.This paper is based on research supported by the National Natural Science Foundation (No.50676029).It is mainly based on the components of crop straw and the characteristics of hydrogen production to research the best optimum pretreatment conditions and the capacity of hydrogen production using the crop staw for Hydrogen production by Photosynthetic Bacteria cells through the selection mixed photosynthetic bacteria by studying team .The results showed that:1.The chang pretreatment temperature pH,pretreatment temperature and material granularity were obvious influence to acetic acid pretereating the crop straw. Through single factor experiments,t The results showed that that the best optimum pretreatment conditions were ultrafine of material granularity , pretreatment temperature of 121℃, acetic acid concentration of 25%,solid-liquid ratio of 1:20, pretreatment time of 30min and pH 7.0.Under such conditions the sugar yield was up to the maximum.2.The results of orthogonal test and single factor test showed that the the order of the factors which affected the yield was: material granularity> pretreatment temperature>acetic acid concentration> pretreatment time> solid-liquid.And the best process for acetic acid pretreatment was that the material granularity was ultrafine,thepretreatment temperature was 121℃, the acetic acid concentration was 25%, the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20, the pretreatment time was 20min. The results of variance analysis result showed that the material granularity was the major factor to acetic acid pretreatment the crop straw.3. The hydrogen production and hydrogen production velocity of utilized crop straw as substrate to produce hydrogen was studied in the paper ,by a change of crop straw's concentration, illumination temperature and inoculation when the hydrogen production of PSB with initial activity as 48h, the pH was 7.0 and the OD was 0.4~0.6. By experiments and analysis, photosynthetic bacteria utilized crop straw as substrate to produce hydrogen, 60g/L crop straw's concentration, 3000Lx illumination, 30℃temperature and 30% inoculation were appropriate for the hydrogen production of photosynthetic bacteria cells. |
