| Objective: to definite the technology of preparation and establish the quality standards of QiHong Capsules. Methods: 1) Definite alcohol extraction technology parameters of Gold Theragran et. four species of medical materials, which were based on the contents index and the alcohol extracta sicca yield index of rhodioside; 2) Based on the index of salvianolic acid B's contents and water extracta sicca yield, definite water abstract technology indexes of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiae,safflower,Radix Astragali et. medical materials; 3) Do concentration,purification,drying to alcohol extractions and water extractions, prepare capsules.4) Employ thin layer chromatography to qualitation discrimination, use the method of HPLC determine the contents and institute the quality criteria to the produce obtained from the followed preparation technology. Result: 1) The optimum alcohol extraction procedure is: add 14 times amount of 95% alcohol extract two times, one hour per time. 2) The optimum water extraction procedure of Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiae et.three species medical materials is: 12 times water for two times, 1 hour each time; 3) The purification technology of alcohol extraction concentrate and the proportion of medicine and physic liquor was 1:8.3.cold preservation for 24 hours, use the clear supernatant as sample. The purification technology of water extraction concentrate and the proportion of medicine and physic liquor was 1:6.7, brachytely centrifugate 4000 r/min, centrifugate 15 minnites;4)Radix Astragali,Salvia miltiorrhiza,integripetal rhodiola herb and Semen Lepidii made qualitative differentiation with TLC, The content of salvianolic acid B was understand with HPLC. The method of salvianolic acid B with HPLC: mobile phase: methanol-acetonitrile-2% mechanic acid (24:9:67), detect wavelength: 286nm. Conclusions: The preparation technology of QiHong Capsules is stable, reasonable and feasible. The quality standard is convenient, fast, accurate, and can be used to quality control.
