| Explosion is important to disaster in people's daily life. Especially, gas and dust explosion is serious threat to the economic security of property and life. Usually, dust mixed with gas becomes risks. In terms of the coal mine explosion, methane-coal dust compound is induced by gas explosion frequently.Based on this, the pipeline gas-dust explosion testing device is used on simulating the environment in coal mines. Using gas explosion to Produce Shock wave, and then inspires the methane-coal dust compound explosion in low-pressure pipeline. Methane-coal dust compound explosion pressure, maximum explosion pressure rise rate, explosion power and the explosion propagation of pressure in the pipeline are researched on though the experiments.Under the same conditions, completed for the following experiments:(1) Four different concentrations of pure coal dust explosion were experimented by changing of coal dust concentrations by 100,200,300 and 400g·m-3.(2) 1% concentration of gas and Four different concentrations coal dust compound explosion were experimented by changing of coal dust concentrations by 100,200,300 and 400g·m-3.(3) 200g·m-3 concentrations of coal dust and 3% concentration of gas compound explosion were experimented.(4) 200g·m-3 concentrations of coal dust and 5% concentration of gas compound explosion were experimented.The result of Different concentrations of pure coal dust explosion experiments shows that, in the same size, pure coal dust explosion pressure is the greatest in 200g·m-3 concentrations. The explosion pressure is 0.4175MPa in the second test point. More or less than this concentration, explosive effects are both weakened. Different concentrations of coal dust mixed with compound explosion pressure increases significantly. The pressure wave propagates farther. But the compound explosion pressure is the greatest in 200g·m-3 concentrations of coal dust. In the second test point, the explosion pressure is 0.4416MPa, bigger 0.03MPa than that of pure coal dust. The more gas mix, the more complete compound reactive. And the explosive power is great. Especially, when 5% concentration of gas mixed, the explosion pressure is 0.5431MPa in the second and that in third test points is 0.4353MPa. Explosion pressure wave can propagate to longer distances. The maximum explosion pressure rise rate is 1.42MPa·s-1 measured in the pipeline. |
