| Now, in our country, refining coke-chemical benzene have two methods: catalytic hydrogenation and acid washing. Because of many disadvantages of acid washing, the method of catalytic hydrogenation is the important way to obatain pure benzene from coke-chemical benzene. As a ideal process, catalytic hydrogenation process divides into three key units: hydrogen, hydrogenation and extraction or extractive distillation.In the paper, mainly have a study on dynamics of the aromatics extraction distillation process with N-formylmorpholine(NFM) as a solvent. The experimental data has been recommended for its thermodynamic consistency using Herington semi-empirical method; To the binary system benzene-NFM,using Wilson equation and the NRTL activity coefficient equation can get good correlation.Using UNIFAC functional groups to simplify the process of extractive distillation simulation, and the results show that, the data obtained from the calculation of relative volatility for each component using that model is reliable. In the process of doing simplified simulation for extractive distillation process, the extractive distillation column is divided into two sections to be calculated, the upper one is for the absorption, and the lower one is for the stripper section, which can deal with the actual calculation for the very low gas flow rate of extractive distillation in the tower.Simulation software PRO /â…¡has been used to calculate the aromatics extraction process with NFM as a solvent and get some results. The results show that, the simulation results is consistent with actual process data, which can reflect the real condition of the actual production. |
